I am an artist, educator, and arts organizer living in Eugene, OR, by way of Buffalo, NY, and Baltimore, MD. Through diverse research and production methods [drawing, writing, book making, clay squishing, garbage archiving, butter sculpting, display case collecting] I think about what it means for all of us to live and die together, on Earth, right now. I have been an artist member at Ditch Projects artist-run gallery in Springfield, OR, since 2016 where I’ve organized a number of exhibitions, including a recent collaboration with the Springfield History Museum, QUILT BLOC. I am program coordinator for Critical Conversations at University of Oregon’s Center for Art Research, and part-time faculty at Linn-Benton Community College and University of Oregon. I graduated with a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2009 with a focus in Interdisciplinary Sculpture and an MFA from the University of Oregon in 2018.
